Clear Emotional pain at a cellular Level
  1. Joy, Enlightenment, Freedom, and Love: Milk those good feelings as much as possible. Get detail-oriented about why and what makes you feel so good.
  2. Passion: Ride the wave, and use that creativity in any way that feels good.
  3. Happiness and Enthusiasm: Allow the feelings to wash over you.
  4. Positive Beliefs: Jot your positive beliefs down in a journal entry.
  5. Optimistic and Hopeful: Get more specific about why you are so hopeful.
  6. Contentment: Enjoy the satisfaction.
  7. Boredom: Do something new. Go to a new coffee shop or plant store; take a new route home, introducing fresh energy.
  8. Pessimism: Ask yourself, "How can I reframe this to feel better?"
  9. Irritability and Impatience: Seek to find allowance for right where you are at and look forward to good things to come.
  10. Overwhelmed: Breathe and slow down. Ask yourself, "If I couldn't choose wrong, what would I choose?"
  11. Disappointment: Shift your focus to what is going well in your life.
  12. Doubt and Worry: Practice some breathwork or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping.
  13. Blame: Acknowledge that everyone is imperfect. Look at where you could have handled things differently, but do it without judgment.
  14. Anger: Growl like your inner animal.
  15. Rage and Hatred: Push hard into a wall or punch a pillow.
  16. Jealousy: Shake it out in your body physically, and remember that comparison is not accurate nor helpful.
  17. Guilt and Insecurity: Realize that building courage involves doing things while scared first to build confidence.
  18. Depression, Grief, and Hopelessness: Do some gentle movement — a walk or shower. Avoid trying to mentally solve the issue

follow your intuition of how you soothe yourself in the present moment. Then, notice what tends to be a repeated emotional state or frequency for you.
